Terms & Conditions – GetMozzie
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pest control services booked or purchased from GetMozzie, a pest control brand under Mozzies Pte Ltd (UEN: 201914104W). By purchasing or booking our services, including through third-party platforms, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
- GetMozzie provides pest control inspections, treatments, and preventive pest management services.
- Licensed subcontractors may perform treatments under Mozzies Pte Ltd’s supervision.
- Service details (scope, treatment methods, follow-ups) will be stated in quotations, invoices, or package descriptions.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed online or in quotations are indicative and confirmed after assessment, where required.
- Full payment is required upon booking confirmation unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayNow, or approved payment gateways.
3. Online Purchase & Booking Policy
- Packages purchased via our website, Shopee, or other online platforms are not auto-booked.
- Customers are responsible for contacting us to schedule their appointment.
- To book a service:
- Provide proof of purchase or invoice number.
- Contact us via email (askme@getmozzie.com) or our Contact Us form.
- Request your preferred date and time.
- Our team will confirm your booking within 3 working days of receiving your request.
- We will not automatically track or schedule services for online purchases without customer contact.
- Appointments are confirmed only after verification of purchase and scheduling.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancel at least 2 working days before service to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 working days of service will incur a 100% service fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 working day prior, subject to slot availability.
5. Warranty & Limitations
- Warranty is only valid if specified in your service package or invoice.
- Warranty claims must be made within the stated coverage period.
- GetMozzie is not liable for reinfestations caused by:
- Poor housekeeping or sanitation
- Structural defects (holes, cracks, leaks, etc.)
- Environmental or external conditions
6. Safety Guidelines
- Customers must follow all safety instructions given before and after treatment.
- Children, pets, and sensitive individuals should be kept away from treated areas as advised.
7. Liability
- Mozzies Pte Ltd is not liable for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Structural or pest issues beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential losses caused by pests or treatments
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- All personal data is collected and used according to our Personal Data Protection Policy (PDPA).
- By purchasing or booking services, you consent to the collection of data for service delivery, compliance, and communication.
9. Applicable Law
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Singapore.
