At Mozzies Pte Ltd (GetMozzie Pest Control), we are committed to delivering safe, effective, and compliant pest management services in Singapore. As a licensed NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO), we operate according to the National Environment Agency (NEA) standards and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012.

This policy outlines our commitments to service quality, safety, compliance, and client trust.

1. Service Policy

  • All services are performed by trained staff or licensed Vector Control Technicians (VCTs).
  • Work scope is clearly stated in quotations or service contracts.
  • Exclusions (e.g., follow-up treatments, proofing, or repairs) are specified separately.
  • Reports are delivered within 3–5 working days unless stated otherwise.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to premises.

2. Health & Safety Policy

  • All treatments use NEA-approved pesticides and equipment.
  • Staff and subcontractors comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) is used when required.
  • Safety measures are applied to protect staff, clients, pets, and the environment.

3. Confidentiality Policy

  • All inspection findings, reports, and site photos are confidential.
  • Information is only shared with authorised parties (client, NEA, or legal authorities if required).
  • We will not disclose sensitive data to third parties without written consent.

4. Subcontracting Policy

  • Mozzies may engage licensed pest control subcontractors for specific treatments.
  • All subcontractors comply with NEA regulations and our service standards.
  • Mozzies retains full responsibility for service quality and safety.
  • Clients will be informed when subcontractors are involved.

5. Treatment & Service Standards

  • Treatments are performed using approved techniques such as gel baiting, fogging, larviciding, and bait stations.
  • Service plans, treatment frequency, and warranty coverage are clearly stated in contracts.
  • Follow-ups are scheduled based on infestation severity and NEA requirements.

6. Personal Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected only for service delivery and compliance.
  • Data is protected under PDPA 2012.

7. Compliance Commitment

  • Mozzies Pte Ltd is a fully licensed NEA Vector Control Operator (VCO).
  • We comply with Environmental Sanitation (ES) Regime requirements, including 6-monthly Comprehensive Pest Management Surveys (CPMS).
  • Reports are NEA-audit ready to support ECOs and ECCs.
