How Customer Enquiry Access Works
A customer submits their pest control requirements through GetMozzie.
Providers with active Customer Enquiry Access may receive relevant customer requests.
Contact the customer, understand their requirements and provide your quotation.
The customer decides which provider they would like to engage.
Flexible Enquiry Access
Customer Enquiry Access runs for 3 months at a time. At the end of each period, you can decide whether you would like to renew. If you choose not to renew, your company can remain listed as part of the GetMozzie Provider Network.

Is it free to join GetMozzie?
Yes. Pest control companies can join the GetMozzie Provider Network for free. A standard company listing on the GetMozzie Directory is included at no cost.
What is included in the free provider listing?
Your company can be listed on the GetMozzie Directory with your business information, relevant licence details and pest control services so customers can discover your company more easily.
Do I need Customer Enquiry Access to join GetMozzie?
No. Customer Enquiry Access is completely optional. You can join the GetMozzie Provider Network and keep your standard directory listing without activating it.
How much is Customer Enquiry Access?
Customer Enquiry Access is S$60 for 3 months, equivalent to S$20 per month.
Do I need to commit for a full year?
No. Customer Enquiry Access runs in 3-month periods. At the end of each period, you can decide whether you would like to renew.
Is there a charge for each customer enquiry?
No. There are no additional per-enquiry charges while your Customer Enquiry Access is active.
Does GetMozzie take a commission from jobs I receive?
No. Your company deals directly with the customer and GetMozzie does not take a commission from completed jobs under Customer Enquiry Access.
Does Customer Enquiry Access guarantee that I will receive enquiries or jobs?
No. Enquiry volume and confirmed jobs are not guaranteed. Customer Enquiry Access provides an additional channel for your company to receive potential customer opportunities when available.
What happens if I do not renew Customer Enquiry Access?
Your Customer Enquiry Access will end, but your standard company listing can remain active on the GetMozzie Directory.
Can I activate Customer Enquiry Access later?
Yes. You can join GetMozzie first and choose to activate Customer Enquiry Access later if it suits your business.
