• join or apply to join the GetMozzie Provider Network;
• communicate with us regarding provider services or Customer Enquiry Access; or
• otherwise voluntarily provide information to us.

• processing pest control enquiries;
• understanding a customer’s pest control requirements;
• identifying suitable participating pest control providers;
• sharing relevant customer enquiries with participating providers;
• allowing participating providers to contact customers regarding their submitted request;
• facilitating quotations, treatment recommendations or service arrangements;
• responding to enquiries, feedback or support requests;
• administering the GetMozzie Provider Network;
• verifying business information, UEN or relevant licence details provided to GetMozzie;
• maintaining operational and business records;
• improving the GetMozzie website, services and customer experience;
• detecting or preventing misuse, fraud or abuse;
• complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and
• other purposes that we notify you of at or before the time your personal data is collected.

5. Sharing Customer Enquiries With Participating Providers

GetMozzie is designed to help customers connect with pest control providers.

When you submit a pest control enquiry and provide the relevant consent, GetMozzie may share your enquiry with one or more relevant participating pest control providers so that they can respond to your request.

Information shared may include:

• Your name
• Contact number or email address
• Service location or address
• Pest type
• Description of your pest control requirement
• Photographs or files submitted with your enquiry
• Preferred service date or time
• Other information reasonably required for a provider to respond to the enquiry

Participating providers may contact you directly to understand your requirements, provide quotations or recommend suitable pest control treatments.

The customer remains free to decide whether to engage any provider.

GetMozzie does not guarantee that an enquiry will receive a response, quotation or result in a confirmed service.

6. Use of Customer Information by Participating Providers

Customer information received through GetMozzie should only be used for purposes reasonably related to responding to the relevant pest control enquiry.

Participating providers should not use customer information obtained through GetMozzie for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes unless the customer has separately provided the necessary consent.

Participating providers are responsible for complying with their own obligations under applicable data protection laws when handling personal data received through GetMozzie.

7. Disclosure to Service Providers and Other Parties

GetMozzie does not sell personal data.

We may disclose personal data to third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our website and services, including providers of:

• Website hosting
• Email services
• Online forms
• Website plugins and technology services
• Cloud or data storage
• Security or technical support
• Other services supporting GetMozzie’s operations

Personal data may also be disclosed where required or permitted by Singapore law.

Providing consent does not require a customer to engage any provider that contacts them.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent previously provided to us by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Your request should clearly identify the personal data and purpose to which your withdrawal relates.

Where consent is withdrawn, we will inform you of any likely consequences of the withdrawal.

Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to continue processing an enquiry or provide certain GetMozzie services.

Subject to applicable legal or contractual requirements, we will cease the relevant collection, use or disclosure of personal data following withdrawal of consent.

10. Accuracy of Personal Data

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that personal data in our possession or control is accurate and complete where it is likely to be:

• used to make a decision affecting an individual; or
• disclosed to another organisation.

Users should provide accurate information and inform GetMozzie if their information needs to be updated or corrected.
