How Customer Enquiry Access Works
A customer submits their pest control requirements through GetMozzie.
Members with active Customer Enquiry Access may receive relevant customer requests.
Contact the customer, understand their requirements and provide your quotation.
The customer decides which provider they would like to engage.
Flexible Enquiry Access
Customer Enquiry Access runs for 3 months at a time. At the end of each period, you can decide whether you would like to renew. If you choose not to renew, your GetMozzie Provider Membership and directory listing remain active.

Is it free to join GetMozzie?
Yes. GetMozzie Provider Membership is free and includes a standard company listing on the GetMozzie Directory.
What is included in the free membership?
Your membership includes a company directory listing where customers can discover your business, view your company information and learn more about the pest control services you provide.
Do I need Customer Enquiry Access to be a GetMozzie member?
No. Customer Enquiry Access is optional. You can remain a GetMozzie Provider Member and keep your directory listing without subscribing to it.
How much is Customer Enquiry Access?
Customer Enquiry Access is S$60 for 3 months, equivalent to S$20 per month.
Do I need to commit for a full year?
No. Customer Enquiry Access runs in 3-month periods. At the end of each period, you can decide whether you would like to renew.
Is there a charge for each customer enquiry?
No. There are no additional per-enquiry charges while your Customer Enquiry Access is active.
Does GetMozzie take a commission from jobs I receive?
No. Your company deals directly with the customer and GetMozzie does not take a commission from completed jobs under Customer Enquiry Access.
Does Customer Enquiry Access guarantee that I will receive enquiries or jobs?
No. Enquiry volume and confirmed jobs are not guaranteed. Customer Enquiry Access provides an additional channel for your company to receive potential customer opportunities when available.
What happens if I do not renew Customer Enquiry Access?
Your Customer Enquiry Access will end, but your GetMozzie Provider Membership and standard directory listing can remain active.
Can I activate Customer Enquiry Access later?
Yes. You can join GetMozzie first and choose to activate Customer Enquiry Access later if it suits your business.
