GETMOZZIE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Welcome to GetMozzie. By creating an account, submitting a service request, or purchasing a service (including through Shopee), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
GetMozzie is a digital platform operated by:
Mozzies Pte Ltd – NEA Licensed Company (VCO20250034)
2. Account Registration
To use the GetMozzie platform, all customers must:
- Create an account on the GetMozzie app/website
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Ensure accessibility to the service location
Shopee customers must also create a GetMozzie account to manage their booking, receive technician offers, and obtain their e-SWO.
3. Nature of the Platform
- GetMozzie is a booking and offer platform, not a pest control company.
- All pest control services are performed by NEA-licensed technicians under Mozzies Pte Ltd.
- The platform facilitates:
- Service requests
- Offers from technicians
- Scheduling
- Payments
- Documentation (e-SWO, receipts)
- Customer support escalation
4. Service Request & Booking Process
- Customer submits a service request inside the app.
- Technicians respond with offers and proposed visit dates.
- Booking is confirmed only when:
- Customer accepts the offer, AND
- Technician accepts the job on the platform
- Technician may revise the plan based on on-site assessment.
- All communication must go through the platform.
5. Pricing
- Prices are estimated based on customer information.
- Final pricing may change after on-site assessment (customer will be informed before treatment).
- Multi-visit treatment packages (2–4 visits) are priced as a single package.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Full Payment During First Visit
For any treatment package:
➡ Full payment must be made during the first visit, even if the package includes multiple visits.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments must be made to Mozzies Pte Ltd via:
- PayNow
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (collected by technician on behalf of the company)
- Shopee payment (for Shopee customers)
Technicians must not receive private or personal payments outside these methods.
6.3 Receipts & e-SWO
After payment, customers will receive:
- A digital receipt
- A digital e-SWO (Electronic Service Work Order)
Both will be available inside the GetMozzie app.
7. Purchases Through Shopee
If you purchase a service via Shopee:
- You must still create a GetMozzie account and submit your service request through the app.
- Technicians will propose visit dates via the app, not through Shopee chat.
- All visits, payments, warranties, and documentation follow the GetMozzie platform rules.
- Full payment must be made during the first visit, even for multi-visit treatments.
- Shopee’s own return/refund/buyer protection policies may also apply.

8. Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure a visit:
- It becomes non-refundable once a technician is assigned and the date is confirmed.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customer Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before appointment → No penalty
- Less than 24 hours → $20 cancellation fee
- Technician arrives but cannot perform the service due to customer reasons → Call-out fee may apply
Technician Cancellations
If a technician cancels, GetMozzie will assign the next available licensed technician.
10. Service Delivery
- Technicians follow NEA standards and company(Mozzies Pte Ltd) SOPs.
- Customer must ensure safe access and proper conditions for treatment.
- Pets, infants, elderly, and sensitive individuals must be kept away during and after treatment as advised.
- Customer must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
11. Warranty
Warranty (if applicable) will be stated in the accepted offer.
Warranty becomes void if:
- Customer does not follow technician instructions
- Premises undergo renovation/alteration
- A third-party pest control provider treats the area
- Hygiene or sanitation is not maintained
12. e-SWO (Electronic Service Work Order)
After each visit, customers will receive an e-SWO inside the GetMozzie app containing:
- Service date & time
- Technician details
- Chemicals and methods used
- Photos (if applicable)
- Warranty & aftercare instructions
- Payment confirmation
A PDF version may also be available for download.
13. Issues, Complaints & Technician Conduct
If a customer encounters:
- Poor technician behaviour
- Late arrival
- Misconduct
- Improper service
- Safety concerns
- Overcharging attempts
- Technician requesting direct payment
- Technician refusing to follow platform rules
The customer must not argue, confront, or escalate onsite.

What GetMozzie will do:
- Investigate the matter
- Review technician conduct, evidence, and communication
- Take disciplinary action if required
- Assign a new technician if needed
- Arrange follow-up or corrective treatment where appropriate
GetMozzie reserves the right to suspend or remove technicians who breach company policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
GetMozzie and Mozzies Pte Ltd are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by inaccurate customer information
- Pest damage before/after treatment
- Losses caused by technician delays or unavailability
- Customer not following instructions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Liability is limited strictly to the total amount paid for the service.
15. PDPA – Personal Data Protection
- Customer data is used only for booking, verification, communication, and documentation.
- We do not sell or share data with external parties.
- By using the platform, customers agree to receive booking notifications and service updates.

17. Prohibited Customer Actions
Customers must not:
- Give false information
- Harass or threaten technicians
- Request private arrangements outside the platform
- Make personal payments to technicians
- Abuse the refund or warranty process
- Misuse the platform for fraudulent purposes
Such behaviour may result in account suspension.
18. Amendments
GetMozzie may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
